Returns
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the deadlines set by law. You can consult all this information in the returns section.
Any return requested outside the European Union is to be made at the customer's expense and cost. This includes transportation costs and import taxes of the country of destination (Spain), which must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the purchase of the product. Once the customer has made the payment of both costs and we receive the product in our warehouse in compliance with the conditions set out above, we will refund the remaining credit amount.
Delivery Address
Delivery will take place at the address given at the time of ordering. If at the time of delivery, there is no one available to receive the package, a second delivery attempt will be made in which the carrier will contact the recipient using the number indicated on the order. You can also contact the carrier to arrange order delivery.
To avoid possible delivery problems, we recommend that you include as much detail as possible in the address, confirming each piece of information and making sure that the contact telephone number provided works.
For shipments in Spain you can send your order to a Parcel Shop of our carrier's network. You will receive an email from them where you can manage the delivery at the nearest Parcel Shop.
